PRACTICE CONDITIONS

From 4 years of age, with no upper age limit.
The flyer does not suffer from recurrent shoulder dislocations, especially if they have not been operated on.
The flyer does not exceed 120 kg in body weight.
The flyer is not pregnant, even if the pregnancy is very recent.
The flyer does not suffer from severe or significant back pain.
The flyer has no heart problems.
The flyer does not suffer from epilepsy or any chronic physical or mental disability.
Participation is not allowed under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
People with medical conditions that contraindicate sports activity must not participate.
